We may be in need of rescuing at one point or another in our lives. If a problem presents itself, it is important to know who to contact for help, how to get in touch with them and how to manage the situation while you wait for help to arrive. In short, wilderness survival skills are a must.
Michael Fedorchak and Lauren Wells, both members of the Central Region Emergency Strike Team (CREST), will be providing us with helpful information regarding wilderness survival/first aid, as well as taking any questions you might have about outdoor preparedness and survival.
