Fischer
Whenever it comes to ski history, Fischer is a brand that's pretty difficult to beat. Started in the year 1924 by Josef Fischer, Sr, he began Fischer's saga by making wagons and the occasional pair of skis. However, by 1938, Fischer started to focus predominantly on skis. With their demand growing, Fischer produced the first ski press, which sped up production drastically. From there, they continued to craft high-quality skis that were used all over the globe. In 1964, Fischer adopted the triangle logo that we all know today and became the largest ski manufacturer in the 70s. From that point until today, Fischer is still one of the largest figures in the world of skiing, and whether you need boots, poles, or skis, they're a company that's proven themselves for nearly a century.
