Climbing Equipment Policy
At Appalachian Outdoors we are committed to providing you with the highest quality climbing equipment. Therefore, we do not sell any used, second-hand climbing or load-bearing equipment including, but not limited to ropes, lead protection, carabiners, harnesses, crash-pads, helmets, belay devices, ice axes, or crampons. We are not able to send these items back to the manufacturer unless there is a warranty issue. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on climbing equipment regardless of its condition or purchase date. This policy is in place for your safety so that you will only receive new equipment, unexposed to the stresses of use or the environment.
