First Fridays at Downtown State College

Come hang out in beautiful downtown State College on the first Friday of every month!

Including the support of over 30 local businesses, stores and restaurants will be open longer with special monthly themes and activities. There will even be street performers and music all throughout the bustling downtown streets.

First Friday is running from 5-9 PM on the first Friday every month.

Appalachian Outdoors is keeping our doors open longer, until 9:00 PM. We’ll also have snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy. Since we’re participating in First Friday’s MVP program, we’ll be validating anyone who parks in the Pugh, Fraser, and Beaver parking decks. On top of that, we’re also having a store-wide 10% discount on all items, minus anything on sale.

First Fridays will be an ongoing event throughout the year, and the first one is this Friday, June 6!  We’ll include a link to the First Friday website, so you can check out all of the stores and restaurants that will be participating.
